This antibody recognises porcine interferon gamma-inducible protein 10 (IP-10), also known as CXCL10. IP-10 is expressed in a variety of tissues including liver, gut, spleen, kidney and thymus, in response to interferon gamma stimulation.IP-10 acts as a chemoattractant for monocytes, NK cells and certain T-cells.
