Specificity
This antibody recognises interferon gamma inducible protein (IP-10), also known as CXCL10. IP-10 is expressed in a variety of tissues including liver, gut, spleen, kidney and thymus, in response to interferon gamma.IP-10 acts as a chemoattractant for monocytes, NK cells and certain T-cells.

Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended. For functional studies do not add sodium azide

Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at -20°C, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
