Western Blot - Anti-Cytochrome P450 2B6/CYP2B6 Antibody (A85226)

Cytochrome P450 2B6/CYP2B6 expression in HepG2 (A) and K562 (B) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-Cytochrome P450 2B6/CYP2B6 Antibody (A85226) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
