The antibody recognizes only Cytokeratin 13 on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.

Pretreatment: 0.1% pepsin in 0.1 M HCl for 30 min at room temperature or Target Retrieval Solution - High pH. The antibody DE-K13 reacts exclusively with Cytokeratin 13, IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent dilution, WB: 1-3 µg/ml.
