Analysis of agonist-induced phosphorylation of Opioid Receptor Delta 1 (delta Opioid Receptor) at Serine363. HEK293 cells stably expressing delta Opioid Receptor were untreated or treated with 10 µM DPDPE or 0.1 µM PMA for 30 min. Lysates were immunoblotted with anti-delta Opioid Receptor (phospho Ser363) antibody (A334519) at 1:1000 (upper panel). The blot was stripped and reprobed with phosphorylation-independent anti-delta Opioid Receptor antibody at 1:1000 to confirm equal loading (lower panel).

Immunocytochemical detection of Serine363 phosphorylation of Opioid Receptor Delta 1 (delta Opioid Receptor). HEK293 cells stably expressing delta Opioid Receptor were untreated or treated with 10 µM DPDPE for 2, 5, or 30 min and stained with anti-delta Opioid Receptor (phospho Ser363) antibody (A334519) at 1:200. Phosphorylated delta Opioid Receptor receptors were undetectable in untreated cells (0 min), observed at the plasma membrane at 2 min, and in perinuclear clusters at 5 and 30 min.
