Western Blot - Anti-DESI2 Antibody (A84870)

DESI2 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MYC tagged DESI2 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-DESI2 Antibody (A84870) at 0.5µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-MYC at 1:5000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-DESI2 Antibody (A84870) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).

Immunohistochemistry - Anti-DESI2 Antibody (A84870)

DESI2 expression in Human Skin analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-DESI2 Antibody (A84870) at 10µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
