Western Blot - Anti-DIAPH2 Antibody [V78 P3C10-D3 ] (A305189)

Western blot analysis of mouse liver showing detection of 125 kda DIAPH2 protein using Anti-DIAPH2 Antibody [V78 P3C10-D3 ] (A305189) at 1:1,000 for 2 hours at room temperature with shaking. Lane 1: Molecular Weight Ladder (MW). Lane 2: mouse liver (10ug). Load: 10 µg. Block: 5% Skim Milk powder in TBST. The secondary antibody used was Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP at 1:4,000 for 1 hour at room temperature with shaking. Color Development: Chemiluminescent for HRP (Moss) for 5 minutes in room temperature. Predicted/Observed Size: 125 kda.
