Western Blot - Anti-DOCK180 Antibody (A83785)

DOCK180 expression in A431 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 12 hours with Anti-DOCK180 Antibody (A83785) at 4µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
