Western Blot - Anti-DYDC1 Antibody (A84763)

DYDC1 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress Myc-tagged DYDC1 and incubated with Anti-DYDC1 Antibody (A84763) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) and Anti-Myc Tag at 1:1000 (Lane C). Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-DYDC1 Antibody (A84763) at 0.1µg/ml (Lane B). Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 10µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour and detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunohistochemistry - Anti-DYDC1 Antibody (A84763)

DYDC1 expression in Human Testis analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-DYDC1 Antibody (A84763) at 5µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
