Anti-E-Cadherin Antibody [rCDH1/1525] (CF®640R)

Recombinant mouse monoclonal [rCDH1/1525] antibody to E-Cadherin (CF®640R).

IF, IHC, IHC-P, WB

MCF-7, LS174T, Raji, HT29 and SK-BR3 cells or prostate and colon carcinoma tissue.

WB: 0.5-1 µg/mL, IHC-P: 1-2 µg/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 10 mM Tris buffer containing 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling to room temperature for 20 minutes. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.

Human

No cross-reactivity with Mouse or Rat. Cross-reactivity with other species has not been determined.
