Western Blot - Anti-E2F3 Antibody (A84797)

E2F3 expression in Mouse Fetal Lung lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-E2F3 Antibody (A84797) at using 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
