Recombinant rabbit monoclonal [GFR/2600R] antibody to EGFRvIII (CF®405L).

IHC, IHC-P

A431 cells and placenta, breast, colon, or bladder carcinoma tissue.

IHC-P: 1-2 µg/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling to room temperature for 20 minutes. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.
