Anti-Endothelin A Receptor Antibody (A334476)

Immunohistochemical detection of Endothelin Receptor A (Endothelin A Receptor) in mouse heart. Heart sections were dewaxed, microwaved in citric acid, and stained with anti-Endothelin A Receptor antibody (A334476) at 1:100, followed by biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG and avidin-biotin solution. Color was developed with 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole (AEC), and sections were counterstained with hematoxylin. ETA receptors were observed at the plasma membrane of cardiomyocytes.

Western blot analysis of Endothelin Receptor A (Endothelin A Receptor) in mouse tissues. Native mouse tissue lysates were enriched for GPCR receptors using WGA-beads and immunoblotted with the phosphorylation-independent anti-Endothelin A Receptor antibody (A334476C) at a 1:1000 dilution.

Sections were developed with 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-glucose oxidase and counterstained with hematoxylin. ETA receptors were uniformly detected at the plasma membrane of tumor cells.

Immunocytochemical detection of Endothelin Receptor A (Endothelin A Receptor) in HEK293 cells. HEK293 cells stably expressing ETA were untreated or treated with 1 µM Endothelin-1 for 30 min and stained with anti-Endothelin A Receptor antibody (A334476) at 1:200. ETA receptors were localized to the plasma membrane in untreated cells (0 min) and in perinuclear vesicular clusters after 30 min of Endothelin-1 exposure.
