Immunohistochemistry - Anti-EPM2AIP1 Antibody (A84691)

EPM2AIP1 expression in Human Heart analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-EPM2AIP1 Antibody (A84691) at 5µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).

Western Blot - Anti-EPM2AIP1 Antibody (A84691)

EPM2AIP1 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG tagged EPM2AIP1 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-EPM2AIP1 Antibody (A84691) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-FLAG at 1:1000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-EPM2AIP1 Antibody (A84691) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
