Western Blot - Anti-ErbB4/HER4 (phospho Tyr1284) Antibody (A16406)

Western blot analysis of extracts of A-431 cells, using Anti-ErbB4/HER4 (phospho Tyr1284) Antibody (A16406) at 1:1,000 dilution. A431 cells were treated by EGF (100ng/ml) for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA.
