Western Blot - Anti-ESE1 Antibody (A83854)

ESE1 expression in NCI-H460 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 30µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-ESE1 Antibody (A83854) at 3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
