Western Blot - Anti-EVI1 Antibody (A83120)

EVI1 expression in A431 (A), Caco-2 (B) and HeLa (C) cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-EVI1 Antibody (A83120) at 3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
