Western Blot - Anti-FBW2 Antibody (A83956)

FBW2 expression in Human Kidney lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 30µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-FBW2 Antibody (A83956) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.

FBW2 expression in human kidney analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by microwaving in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-FBW2 Antibody (A83956) at 3µg/ml and revealed with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
