This antibody recognizes the N terminal region of FOXP3, a 47-55 kDa transcription factor (intracellular antigen), which is the master regulator in the development and function of regulatory T cells.
This antibody is conjugated with Allophycocyanin (APC) under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography; removing unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome.
