This antibody recognises GBL, also known as G beta-like protein, mTOR-associated protein LST8, mLST8, target of rapamycin complex subunit LST8 and TORC subunit LST8. GBL is a common subunit of both the mTOR complex 1 and the mTOR complex 2, and is necessary for activation of the mTOR kinase.
