ELISA of human immunoglobulins shows Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] reacted to the ?1, ?2, ?3, ?4 heavy chain of human IgGs, and the Fc of human IgG. No cross reactivity with other human heavy chains, mouse IgG, rat IgG, or goat IgG. The plate was coated with 50ng/well of different immunoglobulins. 200ng/ml or 50ng/ml of Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.

Sandwich ELISA using Anti-gamma Heavy Chain Antibody [RM116] as the capture antibody (100ng/well), and Anti-Human Ig Light Chain Antibody [RM129] (Biotin) as the detection antibody (1µg/ml), followed by an AP conjugated streptavidin.
