Western Blot - Anti-GEM Antibody (A83593)

GEM expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress full-length Human GEM (HA tagged), mock transfected HEK293 (EV), and HEK293 transiently expressing GEM-related genes (Rem, Rem2L and Rad). Staining was performed with Anti-GEM Antibody (A83593) at 1µg/ml. Note the lower panels show the HEK293 cell lysate for Anti-HA tag antibody.

Western Blot - Anti-GEM Antibody (A83593)

GEM expression in Human Spleen lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-GEM Antibody (A83593) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
