A PFA-fixed rat retina cryosection was stained with VHH (single-domain antibody) conjugates, including anti-SYT1 labeled with CF®488A to visualize synaptic vesicles in green and anti-GFAP labeled with CF®740 to label glial structures in magenta. Nuclei were counterstained with NucSpot® 568/580, appearing red. Images were acquired on an Evident FLUOVIEW™ FV4000 confocal microscope using a 20× objective, with excitation at 488 nm, 561 nm, and 730 nm. The scale bar represents 100 µm.
