Anti-GHRHR Antibody (A334478)

Immunohistochemical detection of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone Receptor (GHRHR) in breast carcinoma. Tumor sections were dewaxed, microwaved in citric acid, and stained with anti-GHRHR antibody (A334478) at 1:100, followed by biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG and avidin-biotin solution. Sections were developed with 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-glucose oxidase and counterstained with hematoxylin. GHRH receptors were uniformly detected at the plasma membrane of carcinoma cells.

Western blot analysis of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone Receptor (GHRHR) in pituitary adenoma. Homogenates from growth hormone-producing pituitary adenoma were immunoblotted with anti-GHRHR antibody (A334478) at 1:1000 in the presence (+) or absence (-) of 10 µg/ml peptide antigen. GHRH receptors were detected in the absence of peptide but not in its presence.
