Western Blot - Anti-Glypican 1/GPC1 Antibody (A85240)

Glypican 1/GPC1 expression in HeLa (A) and K562 (B) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-Glypican 1/GPC1 Antibody (A85240) at 2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
