Western Blot - Anti-GNB3 Antibody (A83708)

GNB3 expression in Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-GNB3 Antibody (A83708) at 1.0µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
