Western Blot - Anti-GNB3 + GNB4 Antibody (Biotin) (A82724)

GNB3 + GNB4 expression in HepG2 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-GNB3 + GNB4 Antibody (Biotin) (A82724) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence using horseradish peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and using NAP blocker to substitute for skimmed milk.
