Representative example of multiplex tyramide signal amplification labeling in human colon FFPE tissue using an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody. Cytokeratin (pan) was detected with CF®488A tyramide, highlighting the cytoskeletal compartment in green, Histone H1 was visualized with Cyanine 555 tyramide to mark nuclei in red, and ZO1 was labeled with CF®640R tyramide to delineate tight junctions in magenta. All primary antibodies were mouse monoclonal antibodies, and signal development was achieved using an HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody. Staining was performed sequentially, with antibody stripping by microwaving between each labeling cycle. The image shown is representative of results obtained with the HRP-conjugated secondary antibody.
