Anti-GPCR GPR12 Antibody (A334456)

Western blot validation of GPCR GPR12 Receptor (GPCR GPR12) in transfected HEK293 cells. Lysates from native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or cells stably expressing GPCR GPR12 were probed with the phosphorylation-independent anti-GPCR GPR12 antibody (A334456) at a 1:1000 dilution.

Immunohistochemistry - Anti-GPCR GPR12 Antibody (A334456)

Immunohistochemical detection of GPCR GPR12 Receptor (GPCR GPR12) in kidney. Kidney sections were dewaxed, microwaved in citric acid, and incubated with anti-GPCR GPR12 antibody (A334456) at 1:100, followed by biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG and avidin-biotin solution. Sections were developed with 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-glucose oxidase and counterstained with hematoxylin.
