Western Blot - Anti-GPx-7 Antibody (A84231)

GPx-7 expression in Human Prostate lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-GPx-7 Antibody (A84231) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
