Western Blot - Anti-GSDMB Antibody (A329420)

GSDMB expression in HT-29 and NK-92 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Both cell types were treated with IFN? (50ng/ml) for 8 hours. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-GSDMB Antibody (A329420) at a dilution of 1:400 and detected with chemiluminescence.
