Anti-GSDMD Antibody [ARC50993] (A305571)

Western blot analysis of extracts of THP-1 cells, using Anti-GSDMD Antibody [ARC50993] (A305571) at 1:1,000 dilution. THP-1 cells were treated by LPS (1 µg/ml) at 37°C for 8 hours. THP-1 cells were treated by PMA/TPA (200 nM) at 37°C for 15 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 180s.

The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 180s.

Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 60s.
