Western blot analysis of extracts of 293T cells, using Anti-GSK3 alpha (phospho Tyr279) + GSK3 beta (phospho Tyr216) Antibody (A10992) at 1:1,000 dilution. 293T cells were treated by Insulin (100nM) for 10 minutes or treated by 10% FBS for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA.
