Western Blot - Anti-H2R Antibody (A82941)

H2R expression in Mouse Stomach (A) and Rat Small Intestine (B) lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-H2R Antibody (A82941) at 0.5µg/ml (A) or 2µg/ml (B) and detected by chemiluminescence.
