Dilutions
ELISA (coating): 2-4 µg/mL. For ELISA coating applications, use a BSA-free antibody formulation. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems. Antibody concentration and assay conditions should be optimized for each application.
