Recombinant Anti-His Tag Antibody [2405.H6] (CF®647) (A352058)

Western blot detection of 6X His-tagged GST protein (48 kDa) using Anti-His Tag Antibody [2405.H6] (CF®647). Lane 1: Peacock™ Plus Protein Marker (3 µL per lane). Lane 2: 5 µg of 12 Epitope Tag Control Lysate (GST) (Rockland) expressing a 48 kDa recombinant GST protein with a 6X His tag. Proteins were transferred to a low-fluorescence PVDF membrane, blocked with TrueBlack® WB Blocking Buffer, and detected using 0.2 µg/mL Anti-His Tag Antibody [2405.H6] (CF®647) in the same blocking buffer. Fluorescence was imaged using a LI-COR Odyssey® M Imaging System in the 700 channel.

Immunofluorescence staining of 6×His-tagged CD4 in HeLa cells transiently transfected with a CD4-6×His expression vector. Following fixation with 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA), cells were stained with Anti-CD4 Antibody [SK3] (CF®488A; green) and Anti-His Tag Antibody [2405.H6] (CF®680; magenta). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue). Images were acquired by confocal microscopy.
