This antibody reacts with HIV-1 (Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1) capsid protein p24 (gp24). Specificity of antibody ND1 was verified by Western Blotting in reducing conditions with Sanofi Pasteur NEW LAV-BLOT I kit. Epitope was reported to be located within the amino acids 51-110.
