Anti-HLA A2 Antibody [BB7.2] (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Mouse monoclonal [BB7.2] antibody to HLA A2 (Alexa Fluor® 647).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope at the C terminus of alpha-2 helix and a turn on one of the underlying beta strands within the human HLA A2 histocompatibility antigen.

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 5µl reagent / 100µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.
