Western Blot - Anti-Hormone sensitive lipase/HSL (phospho Ser563) Antibody (A91487)

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Anti-Hormone sensitive lipase/HSL (phospho Ser563) Antibody (A91487) at 1:1,000 dilution. 3T3L1 cells were treated by λ-PP mixed solution (1ul) at 30°C for 30 minutes. H9C2 cells were treated with Isoproterenol (10 µM for 20 min) at 37°C. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 180s.
