General Notes
This antibody was affinity purified using the immunising peptide immobilized on solid support. Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1. 4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.
Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Anti-HRPT2 / Parafibromin Antibody (A295312) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. For blotting immunoprecipitated HRPT2 / Parafibromin, Anti-HRPT2 / Parafibromin Antibody (A295312) was used at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Western Blot - Anti-HRPT2/Parafibromin Antibody (A295312)
Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from mouse TCMK-1 and human HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Anti-HRPT2 / Parafibromin Antibody (A295312) was used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
