Western Blot - Anti-HSP17.7 Antibody (A305202)

Western blot analysis of Arabidopsis tissue lysates showing detection of HSP17.7 protein using Anti-HSP17.7 Antibody (A305202) at 1:1,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. The secondary antibody used was HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit at 1:10000. 15ug of total protein from (left to right): heat-shocked Arabidopsis thalina, Arabidopsis thaliana control plants, 1,2, 5 and 10ng of recombinant purified Hsp17.7. Band at ~38 kDa represents an SDS resistant dimer.
