Western Blot - Anti-Hsp31p Antibody (A85044)

Hsp31p expression in Yeast wildtype (wt) and knockout (delta) (left) and the Ponceau stain (right) analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-Hsp31p Antibody (A85044) at 0.05µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
