General Notes
Mouse anti Human IgM monoclonal antibody, clone M15/8 recognizes human IgM, binding to the µ heavy chain. The antibody does not cross-react with other immunoglobulin classes.
Sandwich ELISA analysis of IgM binding using Anti-Human IgM Antibody [M15/8] (A280995) as a capture reagent and Goat Anti-Human IgM Antibody (A283206) as a detection regent with Native Human IgM Protein (A320021) as antigen for the generation of the standard curve. Subsequent detection is by HRP conjugated streptavidin and substrate. Microtitre plate is read at O.D. 450 nm on the Microplate Absorbance Reader. Serum samples at 1:10k (green) and 1:100k (blue), similarly plasma samples 1:10k (orange) and 1:100k (red) dilutions are shown
