Anti-IL-2RG Antibody [TUGh4] (PE)

Rat monoclonal [TUGh4] antibody to IL-2RG (PE).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD132 (the common gamma chain), a 65-70 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein broadly expressed by most leukocytes.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
