Anti-IL-6 Antibody - BSA and Azide free

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to IL-6.

This antibody recognises mouse Interleukin-6 (IL-6). Rabbit anti Mouse Interleukin-6 antibody neutralizes murine IL-6 activity with an ND50 for mIL-6 (3 pgml-1 of between 0.24 and 0.36µg ml-1.

Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended. For functional studies do not add sodium azide

Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at -20°C, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
