Western Blot - Anti-ING2 Antibody (A83844)

ING2 expression in HepG2 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 12 hours with Anti-ING2 Antibody (A83844) at 2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
