Anti-Integrin alpha 1 Antibody [TS2/7] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [TS2/7] antibody to Integrin alpha 1 (PE).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD49a, the alpha 1 chain of VLA integrin complex, that serves as an adhesion receptor for collagen IV and laminin 1.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
