Mouse monoclonal [9F10] antibody to Integrin alpha 4/CD49D (APC-Cyanine 7).
Specificity
This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD49d, a 145-180 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on B and T cells, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils, NK cells, and dendritic cells, but not platelets.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
