Mouse monoclonal [MEM-101A] antibody to Integrin beta 1.
Specificity
This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD29, a 130 kDa single chain type I glycoprotein expressed as a heterodimer (non-covalently associated with the integrin alpha subunits 1-6). CD29 is broadly expressed on majority of hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cells (including: leukocytes, platelets, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, epithelial cells, and mast cells).
Western blotting analysis (non-reducing conditions) of isolated peripheral blood lymphocytes of various species using Anti-Integrin beta 1 Antibody [MEM-101A] (A85541). Lane 1: lysate of human PBLLane 2: lysate of canine PBLLane 3: lysate of porcine PBL
Separation of human CD29 positive platelets (red-filled) from neutrophil granulocytes (black-dashed) in flow cytometry surface staining of human peripheral whole blood, labeling Integrin beta 1 with Anti-Integrin beta 1 Antibody [MEM-101A] (A85541), (concentration in sample 3 µg/ml) GAM APC.
