Western Blot - Anti-IRF2BP1 Antibody (A84932)

IRF2BP1 expression in NIH3T3 nuclear (A), Mouse Colon (B), and Rat Colon (C) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-IRF2BP1 Antibody (A84932) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
